Proof of Renters Insurance. (Beachpointe Apartments must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. The policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage.) You are not required to use any particular company and may purchase insurance from any company you wish. Deans and Homer offers water overflow and plumbing backup in addition to living expense coverage in the standard policy.

The office staff is always friendly, it's generally pretty quiet with mostly couple's and families, the maintenance requests are completed quickly, and there's tons of open parking so there's no need for guest passes.
