Additional apartment amenities may include granite countertops with upgraded features, laminate flooring, and extra-large closet space. All of our one bedrooms have two separate patios and/or balconies. All of our two bedrooms offer a fireplace in the living room. Property amenities include on-site laundry facilities, a pool, spa, recreation room, dual tennis courts, onsite staff, and assigned carport parking spaces. Conveniently located near Five Points Shopping Center off Beach Blvd near the 405 freeway and PCH.
